Return items MUST be postmarked within 3 days of receiving your order. The item must be unworn, in its original packaging, and free of pet hair or any other odor. We do not offer cash refunds, only store credit that will be issued via a code sent to your email address within 1-2 business days after receiving your return. You will then enter this code at checkout of your next purchase.
Return shipping and handling is the customer’s responsibility and shipping charges on the original purchase will not be credited back to you. You may return to us via the carrier of your choice, but we recommend obtaining tracking on your package. We reserve the right to reject any item returned to us. Any items that appear to have been worn, altered, or have had the tags removed will not be eligible for a store credit.
We ask customers to please refer to the sizing chart in each listing carefully before purchasing an item. It would be best to compare your own measurements to the ones in our chart to ensure the most accurate size and fit.
